My Challenges And Experience

I have faced many challenges in life, and I have made one of my purpose in life to always learn something for each challenge and experience in my life, regardless if it was good or bad. One of the biggest challenges I had faced besides learning a new language and come to a new country was when my boss gave me the opportunity to growth in the company. I had been working only for a couple of months in the company and had only being expose to English for maybe six months. I became an Office Assistant and in a few months he gave me the responsibility of manage all the MSDS data for the company as well to keep it updated. And that is when the challenge really began.

I was scared to disappoint my boos and myself, not being able to keep up with all the work, and to have a hard time communicating with everyone as my English was not good enough in my opinion, but I did not let me fear stop me from show what I was made of. As the training began everybody was very happy including the President of the company as well as my manger and they decided to put me in charge of all the training for all four facilities, in different states and cities. I developed a schedule for all the employees, also progress reports which involved reviewing and tracking weekly test results as well as updating facility managers on personnel progress. I also held WebEx training for sites and staff for the entire
