Mary Wollstonecraft tired for many years to fight for women's rights to freedom of school. She wants women to have the same educational opportunities as men, because if women get the chance to prove they have reason they would. Mary wrote,”...women must be allowed to found their virtual on knowledge, which is scarcely possible unless they be educated by the same pursuits[studies]as men”. This quote exemplifies what she was trying to prove about give women a chance to prove they have reason. Freedom of education is very important because it gives equal opportunities to everyone.
