Alzheimer’s trouble about 4 million Americans and it is the 4th leading cause of death in the US. Psychotic manifestations include delusions and hallucinations it is certain that the existence of Psychotic manifestations can lead to mental hospitals. Alzheimer’s leads to memory loss which is dementia and it is not a disease with this it cause’s problems to learn and make judgements for themselves there are many different types of dementias but there are many other conditions that can cause manifestations of dementia, including some that are reversible, such as thyroid problems and vitamin deficiencies. Doctors can detect an individual that has loss their memory with a high level of confidence. But it 's tough to calculate the exact type of dementia that causes memory loss because of the manifestations in the brain changes and starts having different dementias that overlaps. In history a 51-year-old woman, Auguste D., became a patient of a German physician Alois Alzheimer in 1864 through 1915, At the Hospital for the Mentally Ill and Epileptics in Frankfurt, Alzheimer intended dementia was a nerve disorder. Doctors had known about dementia for centuries but said it was due to old age, but in her case she was really young she had signs of decrease awareness and memory, changeable actions, obsessions and other symptoms.
