Super Size Me After watching Super Size Me it 's made me think twice about my diet, and how much good fat as well as bad fat I am consuming. The largest contributor to the obesity epidemic is fast food. When the FDA evaluates the growing number of obese people in the United States the finger is pointed at the fast food restaurants, such as McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy 's, etc... The epidemic is so severe over 60 % of all Americans are either overweight or obese, now thats a lot of people. Each day one in four Americans visits a fast food restaurant. With McDonald 's alone representing 43% of total U.S. fast food market the problem continues to expand as well as the statistics if people don’t start watching their diet this country will be faced with a serious problem as seen in the Super Size Me Movie. My diet is all over the place, I don’t focus on certain health groups, I pretty much eat whatever is in the house or whatever my mom or dad prepares for dinner. Although my mom and dad are careful about certain foods, she always makes sure there is a vegetable and a carbohydrate, her meals are usually healthy besides Friday’s when we have pizza from Bradley and Wall. Overall my diet is all over the board, I’m not usually picky when it comes to food which I guess is good because I am getting most vitals nutrients, such as proteins, and other minerals. My diet is a mixed match of various foods, but overall I think I get all my important vitamins, proteins, and nutrients. When…
