Through observed practice, this vision statement demonstrates that the school have a genuine care for their pupils and they strive to make sure the welfare of the children comes first, instead of being a result driven school. Although results are important, the happiness of the children comes first.

Most of these being dyslexia. When there is no teacher assistant in the class, Evans (2017) mentioned how tough it is. Additionally, the lack of focus placed on each child, especially those in the higher sets is becoming a greater issue. This is for the reason that most of the children with SEN are not at the middle-highest attainment level, so Evans (2017) cannot move the level of work on until everyone understands. This delays the academic levels of the highest attainment groups. Through observation, it is clear how difficult it is to ensure that everyone is following the level of work but also being pushed to do their best. Reid (2013) agrees that dyslexic children, and other SEN children do require more individual support from the teacher, which creates further pressure. Furthermore, Reid (2013), states that teachers are now requesting adequate training so that they can meet the needs of SEN, which will make it easier for them to balance the attainment levels of the whole
