Title: The Abandonment of Human Rights in Prisons
Thesis: The consistence to remove of rights from felons prove to be unjustified by the justice system.
Warrant: Among all of the cruel thing that occur in the world daily, human rights must be given to all men. At a national level if human rights are seized from prisoners, then this idea could possibly become a snowball. Human rights could become something that could be dangled in the face of free men. The cost could be far more than harsh treatment; the cost could not fall short of genocide. Taking rights away from prisoners is merely just a stepping stone, rights of common man will be seized next.

South Carolina’s Perry Correctional Institution is teaching inmates how to read thing like blueprints and other skills that could be useful out in the workforce. However, the author of this work claims that the South Carolina should be teaching the prisoners more useful skills such as the responsibility of keeping a job. The main problem that the South Carolina prison is trying to solve is: what makes prisoners return back to a prison. The prisoners argue that that should have the right to learn would be most effective.
3. One lady in a New York Prison was forced to be placed through a DNA test because she was detained for one night. Each person that stays at this prison in New York is forced to give DNA, which could pile up a huge amount of prisoners’ DNA. This practice causes prisoners to actually lose their mind. This is a harsh and unusual punishment
Commentary 2- Prison guards continuously place harsh conditions of the prisoners instead of attempting to help them surviving in the real world when they are released.
