They were limited to those who worked the midday or night shift as well as only those that worked on the day sampled. There also was uneven availability of female to male respondents due to the nature of the work environment. This studies implementation and design could have been improve by using a reliable and valid questionnaire and also by conducting the survey throughout the week during various times of the day. This study if valid shows that even those who should hold beliefs that limit self-promotion, such as Christians, may not be any different than the rest of the world. This idea, coupled with the fact that those who responded as having a religious affiliation indicated low levels of participation make us wonder at the state of Christianity within America. Is Christianity making an impact on the here and now, or is just a label we give ourselves with no real intrinsic change, only a pretense of change with extrinsic formality.
