The “Pueblo revolt” which is also known as the “pope’s revolution” was a rebellion made by the all indigenous pueblo people against the Spanish colonizers. It was a mass revolution started on August 10, 1680 and ended on August 21, 1680 which result in killing almost 700 civilians. It actually happened when the Indian finally decided they had enough of the Spanish enslaving, murdering, and making them believe in Christianity and when Pepe came along and got the tribes to join together to throw the Spanish out, it resulted in the Pueblo Revolt.
