Ponyboy is at the risk of getting killed, arrested, and hurt while he is with Darry. Ponyboy should be put in the system because there he would have a less risk of getting jailed, lung cancer, fighting, and so much more. With Ponyboy going to the system he will have better health and he will have a lower chance of getting lung cancer. People would stay with Darry but that is not such a great idea. If he stays with him Ponyboy will be at bigger risk of getting jailed, getting in fights, and he won’t have as big of a chance of getting brain damage. Ponyboy should he should go the system because if he does he will have better health and have better influences. “Dally raised the gun...I thought: you blasted fool.
