Neoliberal political economy is another form of economy within the capitalist mode of production and replacing the Keynesian welfare state with pro corporate state. Post Second World War brought dramatic changes in the society including the Western countries the traditional liberals faced with big setback international politics replaces the old super power with new one. US one side emerges as the leader of capitalist world another side Soviet Union emerged as a strong Socialist country and his extended is support to other countries who fighting for the liberation from colonialism. In the shift in politics old liberal economy faced with complete opposition from vast of the masses so governments of the European and America had follow different trajectory so they implemented Keynesian economic model compromise formula between the workers and state, new welfare mechanism was formulated full employment, social protection and government intervention in trade controlled the capital from inside and outside flow.
