Money Doesn’t Equal Happiness As many of us know happiness is not something we can buy with money. Happiness is the feeling of joy. Even though money makes people’s lives comfortable, it doesn’t buy happiness because we are the ones that make that money and spending it unthoughtfully will never make us happy. Happiness is not and will not be something that we can buy with money because happiness doesn’t have a price tag. Money might make people act differently towards each other, and some might stop to love you for who you are but rather they will start to love you for what you have. Happiness should come from the inside. I believe that money cannot buy happiness because happiness is priceless and money distracts us from important things in life such as family and friends.
For some people being with family brings more happiness than having money. Money can buy temporary happiness but not forever and not for everyone. For me money isn’t really important. I grew up in Israel in a big house although it wasn’t our house, we didn’t have enough money to buy our own therefore we lived in my father’s uncles house. In that house we had our good and our bad days but money didn’t play a big role in our happiness. When I was born my grandfather kicked my father out of the photography business saying “the business can’t take care of three families”. Although my father was disappointed he was still happy because he had my mother and me with him and knew that we would always be there.…
