In the article ¨War´s high Price: Children Caught in Crossfire,¨ Janine di Giovanni describes life as ¨a sea of desperation,¨ and of its 1.7 Million people ¨half of whom are children.¨ The Gaza is basically a Refugee camp for Palestinians who could not go anywhere else. They suffer from constant food shortages, power outages, and unsanitary living conditions. Children are afraid to go outside, and thus not well educated. Without education the children will not be able to find jobs, and have a high chance of being homeless in the future. The next decree is about the holy city of Jerusalem saying that it ¨will be the capital of both Israel and Palestine.¨ Jerusalem is one of the holiest cities for Jews, Christians, and Muslims. If it was to be the capital of both states there would be less religious conflict over the area. One problem that many people see in this treaty is that ¨Israel could face charges with crimes of war,¨ says Drew Christiansen and Ra´fet Aldajen. The reason for this is that Israel has invaded The Gaza on serval occasions. Many times for no apparent reason. Many unarmed Refugees died in these invasions. If Palestine becomes a country, they have the power to charge Israel of war crimes. Splitting Israel into two states has benefits and has a serious
