The Africans had an urge to fight back to the Spaniards. By gathering weapons such as arrows, firearms, and swords. They were breathing heavily felt like drowning in own sweat, so much heat that drained them out of energy. The only thing on their mind was surviving the Africans felt fear, death, and misery. They were determined to finish what the Spaniards started. Striking from behind destroying the obstacles and evil influences that caused them to experience such pain and misery. They were getting justice done acting upon their sorrows. As the Spaniards became frightened they would not success in their mission, and be overpowered by the Africans they started a battle on the ship. I felt scared of what will be the outcome of the Africans actions, the Spaniards were so cruel when Africans did not commit a crime now there is a crime of murder and piracy what will be the consequences now, butchering the Africans, and it was not something I could endure to see. I felt dreadful that such torment existed within mankind, treating humans as if they are animals slaughtering them ending their life. The Africans were drained of energy from lack of food, and nutrients. Yet they fought because they had motivation to be free again and have access to their human rights which every individual has a privilege to have. It is not human like to control someone’s life emotions, how they should act, everyone should express their own opinions. Not taken away from family, forced to be stripped of their cultural beliefs, left in a bottom of a boat tied together. And if an individual encounters such circumstance they strive justice taking an action that is out of the question to benefit them to save them from such torment and discrimination they face.
