Firstly, Scout was very brave during the duration of the approaching trial there was many kids in her class that teased her about her father's actions. Many of Scout’s family members weren’t too happy when they heard what Atticus was doing. Scout stuck by her father through thick and thin, even when people thought they were disowning their family’s name. Scout again showed bravery during the morning of the trial. Scout, her brother Jem, and her friend Dill went down to the courthouse and watched the trial unfold. Scout surprisingly knew what was going on and knew what everyone was talking about, even though everyone thought she didn’t understand. One night Scout unintentionally scared off a mob just by innocently talking to them. She also showed courage when Dill, Jem, and her would try to make Mr. Arthur Radley come out of his house. Mr. Arthur Radley often referred as Boo in the book, lived in his father's home and would never come out in the daylight.
