Throughout the time, there has been many debates in regards to what shapes us and how we become the people we are today. From some saying that individuals were born like that, to others saying that society is the reason why people act in a certain way. Whether it 's biological or environmental, the growth and development of these individuals has been an issue of confusion and debate for years.
Background
Before going into depth, One must understand the characteristics that make up this controversy. The genes, that one is born with, is known as nature. Individuals are very unique and complicated to understand, and DNA is what makes individuals who they are. It is the code for our physical being, such as appearance, personality, and even intelligence. Many believe that the people we are is decided by who are parents were. This means that we are created by our forerunners. Everyone in this world was created by God. He is the one that gives each and every one of us uniqueness. As Psalm 193:13 says, “For you have created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb”(BibleGateway). What this signifies is that God created every individual unique because he has something planned for their life. He oversees an individual 's creation because he has something that only that individual can do.
