My intervention was partially successful, I increase my aerobic activity to one or two sessions a week, am taking vitamin D daily, and have firmly developed flossing twice a day as a habit. However, my intervention called for participating in aerobic exercise three times a week, which I failed to achieve in all two of the weeks during the intervention. However, I am encouraged because I have made progress toward implementing aerobic activity in my weekly routine.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to follow through on that commitment to the degree I had hoped. While I did increase my physical activity to training one to two times a week, I only did three workouts, twice during the past few months. Realistically, I expected difficulty
