Increase Aerobic Activity

My goal during the semester was to increase my physical activity, more specifically my aerobic activity. I committed to either jogging or engaging in elliptical training 3 days a week, 30 minute a session. I planned to accomplish this by purchasing the necessary equipment, running shoes, workout clothes, and scheduling time committed to exercise. Ultimately, I was partially successful, and as a result, my real age dropped from 38.4 years old to 36.5. My real age changed by nearly two years because I increased my physical activity and began taking vitamin D, these were the only changes I made between taking to real age tests, making it clear that these two interventions is what contributed to the decrease in my real age. However, the fact that my real age dropped nearly two years even though I did not reach the activity level I planned on, speaks volumes to the health benefits of exercise
My intervention was partially successful, I increase my aerobic activity to one or two sessions a week, am taking vitamin D daily, and have firmly developed flossing twice a day as a habit. However, my intervention called for participating in aerobic exercise three times a week, which I failed to achieve in all two of the weeks during the intervention. However, I am encouraged because I have made progress toward implementing aerobic activity in my weekly routine.
Discussion
Unfortunately, I have not been able to follow through on that commitment to the degree I had hoped. While I did increase my physical activity to training one to two times a week, I only did three workouts, twice during the past few months. Realistically, I expected difficulty

    I am a very lazy person, and I tend to only do what I want to during any free time I have, ruling out any possibilities of exercising.
