How Is Claudius A Good Leader

It takes at least 10 personality traits to become a good ruler. These assets include communication, integrity, values, vision, passion, confidence, curiosity, a positive attitude, competence, and last but not least, empowerment. If dug deep enough, these traits could be found in any of the Hamlet characters.
Claudius displays vision, passion, he shows us his values, he is very confident and curious. Claudius could also be described as competent. Not only does Claudius currently hold the all the power of Denmark in his hands, he also has control over Prince Hamlet.
Prince Hamlet may have not always been in his right mind, but he still showed that he could be confident and passionate about what he says and does. Along with many other things,
