An example of an arrogant leader would be Julius Caesar. Julius Caesar can be considered a skilled arrogant leader because of his excellent leadership skills and his arrogant attitude. Brutus isn’t arrogant at all. Brutus’s main cause is only what is best for Rome, and not himself. Even the other senators of the play consider Brutus to be a noble person and not an arrogant person. “O Cassius! If you could but win the noble Brutus to our party.” is proof that people think of him well. Another proof that Brutus was not arrogant is that in the play, it is written, “ But all Rome knew Brutus to be an honorable man: his name would lend respect to the deed.”. Not only that, Brutus killed Julius Caesar not because of envy, but because he thought it was the best for Rome.
Another example of a confident leader is Cassius, although he is slightly different from Brutus. Cassius undoubtedly has good leadership skills. He managed to to convince dozens of senators, including Brutus, to assassinate Julius Caesar. Cassius also doesn’t consider himself to be the best at everything.
