Healthcare Support Services There are many different organizations around the world that are dedicated to helping individuals with specific needs or helping the public as a whole with problems they face or may face in their lives. Some people are fortunate enough to live their whole lives disease free and others that are not so fortunate. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention, also known as the CDC, has a helping hand in assisting a healthy and unhealthy public with disease prevention and training or assistance.
