Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde was written by Robert Louis Stevenson published in 1886. Robert Stevenson became very popular after the publishing of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde one of his finest books (“Robert”). Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde is a story that tells about good and evil. Throughout Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde Good vs. Evil is experienced in life through split personality’s, strange actions, and the death of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.
In Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde split personalities show good vs evil throughout the story. Dr. Jekyll’s is a very popular scientist in London. evil I shown through is strange actions of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. One of the strange actions is through the potion Dr. Jekyll creates. During Dr. Jekyll’s investigation he creates a potion that can release evil anger in a person in the form of an entirely different person who will take over someone’s body and soul (“Robert”). After this potion is created several things end up happening and not in a good way. One of these strange actions is a little girl getting trampled on. When the story opens a lawyer and his friend are on a walk when the lawyer Mr. Utterson notices a mark on a back of a door in the alley of buildings. Mr. Enfield tells Utterson it’s a very odd story. About 3 o’clock one day in an alley in the back of some building the streets was destroyed (Robert). Mr. Hyde the evil side of Dr. Jekyll has trampled on a little girl causing everyone to freak out. The little girl was left there screaming in shock. Mr. Hyde ran off and suddenly changed back to Dr. Jekyll. The final thing that goes on in Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde is the death of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Dr. Jekyll becomes very sick. While him being sick he is trying to hide his sickness. Mr. Utterson goes and looks for Dr. Jekyll when suddenly Dr. Jekyll sever Mr. Poole takes Dr. Jekyll away from everyone to his labatory. Mr. Utterson is confused on what is going on. While searching for Dr. Jekyll he comes up on him looking very sick. He was by himself in a room that was very quiet. Mr.
