My terms and conditions are set out in my contract and are Agenda for change. They are regularly updated and staff are always updated with any changes that are going to take place within one month of the change taking place. We also have a terms and conditions of service hand book which is available to all staff to access on the NHS website.
The terms and conditions are a statement and instruction of what the employer's expect of their staff and your job description. Employers expect their staff to read and follow the policy and procedures that each house has and to attend all training and update they have and to attend supervision and any observations.

Anti- Discrimination Practice- all staff must be treated equally and fairly and all given equal opportunities to be able to do the job to the best of their ability. This also includes treating all clients equally given them all equal opportunities to achieve what they want to achieve.
Healthy And Safety- It is all staffs duties to observe all healthy and safety rules and policies and take responsible care to promote the health and safety work by setting and good example yourself and making sure your fellow employees, visitors and clients understand the health and safety rules. It is also important to make sure all your training is up to date.
Confidentiality- Any confidential information either relating to clients or staff must not be divulged to and unauthorised person without prior permission.
Whistleblowing- provides guidance to support staff to implement and develop polices and procedures that are targeted. It helps staff to report concerns about patient safety, or other issue, appropriately.
My role contributes to the overall delivery of the service provided because from working in supported living the service users need my support to be able to do day to tasks and to be able able to communicate their needs or wants. If I didn’t provide my support in this
