The equal time rule is defined as a government requirement for stations to offer competing political candidates the same time period and the same rate for advertising. This law is under the same requirement that established the Federal Radio Commission, as well as the requirement afterwards known as the Federal Communications Commission. The laws regarding the distribution of equal radio time has been tweaked one general rule applies. A radio station must give candidates equal radio time with equal conditions, including day and rates.

Therefore, Trump cannot demand equal time because the skit consists of just actors, and the FCC cannot do anything regarding comedy.
Secondly, on the episode on November 19th, there were no appearances by democrats, therefore there is no need for Trump to claim equal time. It should be the other way around if comedy applied to the FCC.
Lastly, the FCC’s equal time rule applies to “legally qualified candidates” for office. Since the election occurred on November 8th, there are no actual candidates because the campaign is over.
In conclusion, Donald Trump has a right to his opinion about the show, but unfortunately nothing can be done about this issue.
