As an at-will employer, neither the employee nor CCSI2 is bound to continue the employment relationship if either chooses, at its will, to end the relationship at any time, for any reason, at either party’s discretion. Termination of employment is an inevitable part of personnel activity within any organization. Termination will be classified as follows:
Voluntary Terminations – If you decide to leave your employment with CCSI2, we ask that you provide us with a minimum of two weeks written notice. This will give us the opportunity to make the necessary adjustments in our operation. Please return all company property to your supervisor upon termination.
Involuntary Terminations – While the decision to commence employment is consensual, the same is not always true when the time comes to terminate the employment relationship. As an at-will employer, CCSI2 reserves the right to end the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice. In the event your employment is terminated, please return all property owned by the company to your supervisor.
Reductions in Force – While CCSI2 hopes to continue growing and providing employment opportunities, business conditions, client demand, and other factors are unpredictable. Changes or downturns in any of these or other areas could create a need to restructure or reduce the number of people employed.
