Certainly, no one is perfect, although, I do believe it is important to be able to articulate a particular weakness, and a goal to strive for in making that weakness a strength. I have noticed in my professional career, that I can often times get so hung up on a particular task, that other important tasks can get put on the back burner. Obviously, dedicating my time to accomplishing a particular goal isn’t all bad, but if I’m not careful procrastinating in other avenues may be a problem. This essentially comes down to time management. I could do well by spending equal time on multiple projects, vice working one till completion prior to starting another. Yes, often time’s priorities will require some tasks to take a back seat, having the awareness to distinguish when that is happening will be important. I have to better prioritize goals, and ensure they all are accomplished within the time lines and parameters that are established. Additionally, coming into the organization with a military background, people may get the impression that I am trying to change everything they have done in the past. While change is good, I will have to be careful to not give the organizational team members the impression that what they have done prior to my arrival was not great work. I am a vocal person when I see things being done that could be improved upon, so attention to how this could affect others will be important to me. Again, this attribute can be valuable, but I do need to make sure that I am not coming across in a derogatory manner when suggesting
