“Diving into the Wreck” by Adrienne Rich and Feminism

This paper intends to examine the relationship between “Diving into the Wreck” by Adrienne Rich and Feminism. She as an author has had much influence in feminist writers and females in general by opening doors for them with her work. Feminism is not just a random word, according to Merriam-Webster dictionary the definitions are: 1) - the belief that men and women should have equal rights and opportunities and 2) - organized activity in support of women 's rights and interests. Why have woman had the need to fight for their rights or equality? The battle of Woman has being non-stop, with discipline and their movement more have pass from victims to being survivors, creating in the way, better options for future generations and passing messages along the way, so they do not go through the same bad experiences as they had. Because to accomplish all of the progress made, it has taken great discipline, the movement of feminism is still intact, and the battle has not ended, in "Diving into the Wreck" by Rich we can observe some of the struggles face as females and how woman have fought for their rights, in her case with her writing.
