Introduction
Health care Institutions or organizations emphasize in upbringing the better delivery of care to the client by promoting the quality care and safe environment. To promote effective and efficient approach of care, it requires individuals to work closely with each other in cultural difference. Variations in these cultures, beliefs, customs affects the relationship potentially, which often leads to conflicts.
Type of Conflict
Conflict is defined as the action in which the interest or concern of one party is being opposed or affected by another party. Conflicts are generally of two types: Task conflict and Relationship conflict. Task conflict occurs when there are perceived disagreements among two or more individuals about their decisions.

It further divided into five types: Accomodating, Avoidance, Competing, Compromising, and Collaboration. Avoidance refers to the behavior of any person which comprises either ignorance or refuse to involve in the conflict. It is presented by negative attitude or shows less concern for individual interests as this is noticed when without warning betty locked cupboards, drawers then Susie decided to avoid betty immediately at that time. Compromise also occurs in this case as it is defined as settlement in an argument of two or more persons when Susie clearly marked to utilize her good communication skills to resolve the conflict.
Options of Conflict Resolutions could be used
Collaboration is defined as the process in which the members work together to achieve a satisfying result. As this resolution could be used because Susie must ask betty when without warning she locked the cupboards, medication cart to prevent the failure of policy. In addition to it accommodating resolution defined as sacrifices to the others wishes which could also be used by betty in time to resolve the conflict so that the failure did not takes place while inspection was done by the commissioner.
