3. The rate of teenage pregnancy in the United States has risen sharply in the last 40 years, despite the increased availability of contraceptives. Suggest how parents, teachers, religious leaders, government officials, and teenagers themselves could help remedy this situation. Include at least one concrete suggestion for each of these groups.
Parents and teachers should inform or give teenagers proper sex education. They should teach them of practice of abstinence or the use of contraceptives. Religious leaders should give lessons on the importance of maintaining and having moral values. And also inform teenagers about the risk and complications of getting pregnant.
