Teacher Talk: College Goals, Interview, Synopsis It is my main goal to become a multilingual instructor of Spanish and German, to instill in future students the same love for languages I have. With this in mind I am going to finish my studies at Purdue University successfully. This means making the most out of each class, learning, using all the resources offered to me, asking questions when needed, interacting with teachers and classmates, growing personally and professionally, and becoming the teacher I want to be, the best teacher I can be.

The different levels or categories of achievement are something like above average, average, and below average. Students that fall in the same category are taught in the same group. This would allow for a different pace of learning in each group so as not to have anyone fall behind. However, it is also seen as a way of segregating and labelling.
Question 5: How did teaching become a gendered career?
Answer: Well, today, and for a long time now, teaching has been considered a female gendered profession. It did start as a male gendered profession. I believe this changed sometime during the 18th century along with the changing approach to teaching in general.
Question 6: Why do teachers need to know about finance and governance?
Answer: It is very important to know about these things in order to be able to make your voice as a teacher heard. Policy making still does not involve enough teachers. This can only change when all teachers get informed and are thereby able to advocate for the children they
