Overview
One of my job responsibilities is to serve as a testing coordinator at the high school campus. I am the person who serve as a testing facilitator for the ACT state mandate test, the College Board Advanced Placement (AP) exams, PSAT/NMSQT and other district tests. In this activity, I participated and organized the testing training and implementation process and described my role on standardized test administration, data preparation before and testing.

Sometimes we need to make difficult decisions in order to follow the code of ethics. As a college counselor, I have to prepare a school report for students who are applying to selective colleges. In this report, we need to report if any applicant was involved in any disciplinary violation related to academic misconduct. I have seen a couple of high performing students who had a high ACT score and GPA involved in a cheating incident. These students had a higher chance to get into the selective colleges. Reporting these types of incidents is sometimes difficult and requires me to make ethical decisions. I report these types of incidents and talk to the students about why academic honesty is important and how it can affect their rest of life.
