The Dyslexia Center of Utah and many resources state one in five students of the population struggle to cope with a language based learning disability. As stated before in regards to misconceptions going on today, teachers and parents play a huge part in this. Many will believe that students with dyslexia, which may not be diagnosed, may appear to be either lazy or "stupid". Usually they don’t see what the actual problem is and

This is another reason why people need to be educated, so they can acknowledge the signs and help students at an early age.
