During Charles Manson’s early years he began to write and perform songs . As he got older he started doing petty crimes which most likely lead to his becoming a serial killer. Then all of a sudden he went back to crime and was in and out of jail once more. He then became fascinated with clans and groups that went around killing people so he decided that he would start his own. He called his clan “the Family.”
Charles and “the Family” proceeded to move to San Fernando Valley in California. The year after they moved there would change the lives of many people for a long time. Most people think Charles was the killer but he was not Charles was the orchestrator. The first person that his clan killed was Roman Polanski. His next victims were: Sharon Tate a famous actress, Wojciech Frykowski his writer, coffee bean heiress Abigail Folger, Steven Parent a friend of Roman Polanski, and Leno LaBianca a wealthy supermarket executive and his wife Rosemary.
