Circumventing the Chain of Command and Workplace Conflict
In my professional experience I have seen a lot conflicts arisen due to a break in the chain of command. In as much as my company’s chain of command is clear, it is sometimes very frustrating going up the ladder of command with problems. Your immediate supervisor is your first line of command.
