These causes include workplace factors and psychological factors. Workplace factors generally incorporates work-related stress, problems with fellow employees, and problems with employers. When an employee faces problems with work-related stress, employees often appear unhappy and aggravated due to the fact that the problem is not being looked at or not taken seriously by a supervisor. Whenever this occurs, employees are less driven to report any incident they may face on the job that causes them to develop stress, meanwhile other employees become vulnerable to cause other problems. When these stress issues begin to expand, there is a greater chance for other employees to develop similar feelings.
