With the exception of tasking statements not being briefed through to completion of mission, Candidate Jobe had an understanding of all required elements of the five paragraph order. SNC briefed his order clearly and in order and was still able to manage his time effectively during the brief. SNC maintained good command and control of his team, continuing to maintain security and retask candidates as the mission dictated. SNC’s communication with his team throughout the mission was constant and generally effective for moving and tasking his team.
