Candidate Carter gave a thorough brief to his fire team when going through the five paragraph order and did so with confidence and enthusiasm. SNC gave direct orders to each fire team member prior to the execution portion of the mission to ensure each member had a job and was doing something. Throughout the exercise each fire team member and leader were able to communicate effectively to pass around ideas and suggestions without the team leader solely relying on his team to come up with a plan. SNC's confident demeanor throughout the event was evident with the fact that his team followed and did not question any course of action that Candidate Carter brought up.
