8… Candidate Wilson failed to address all portions of his five paragraph order. SNC danced around sentences and did not show any organization or understanding of the paragraphs within the order itself. SNC stated points that the evaluator stated but the connections were not clear and order was disjointed. SNC did not fully address Execution and did not speak to the Admin and Logistics paragraph nor the Command and Signal paragraph. SNC did stress the importance of safety and mined areas. No solid initial plan was briefed and as the team began to execute the obstacle, the team began to give suggestions, including security who SNC never addressed nor corrected their role in the mission.
