BACK PAIN MANAGEMENT

Amidst a lifestyle routine that is being transformed into an excessively sedentary one, our body is adversely affected. Sitting for long hours can leave your back in excruciating pain and discomfort. This seemingly simple back pain, if a daily occurrence, can rapidly take the shape of chronic back problems. At a younger age itself, your mobility gets limited and problems start to crop up. Spending long hours in constricted cubicles and even longer time in travelling leaves an impact on your health in general and back in particular. Exercising and small breaks during the long hours spent sitting are both beneficial for your back. They are extremely helpful in preventing as well as managing your back problems.

Wearing heels for longer intervals can give your back undue stress. The overall weight distribution becomes hard to maintain and maximum weight gets concentrated on your back while wearing heels. Forgoing the use of heels is recommended for a complete back pain management solution.
An overall back pain management is closely related to the overall weight management as well. It is important to keep your body toned. This is helpful in reducing burden on your back and is very helpful in keeping your back pain in check.
Exercise is an essential part of back pain management. Both the Big Toe Pose and the Bridge Pose are ideal for back pain relief. Including stretching exercises in your daily exercise regime is helpful in eliminating piled up cramps from your spine. These exercises help in strengthening you back and help you to keep all back problems at the bay. A sedentary lifestyle is the worst stimulus for body pain. Keeping up with pain requires little walks every 20-30 minutes at the workplace. These small walks are very helpful to de-stress your back while working at a desk all day
