In my research for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, I have found that there are no cures for it and there are no preventions that can be made. It is simply noticed and diagnosed off of symptoms that occur and show over periods of time. I am curious as to how Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder got its name, who came up with it and what kind of research had to be done to confirm Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. With my research I have noticed that Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder can be controlled with some medicines and sometimes it can be controlled with medicine again it is based off of symptoms and the severity of those symptoms. In conclusion the research I have obtained has shown that there is a lot of different things that go into a disorder and the diagnosis of that disorder. There are a lot of parties involved in the diagnosis and treatment of that disorder.

Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is an ongoing condition that affects millions of children and most likely will continue onto adulthood. Many in our society today are affected by this very common disability. Doctors may prescribe different medications to each person based on the symptoms that occur and how severe the disability may be. There are some who believe that medication is not necessary and that this disability can be controlled by every day changes.
