The road systems are not highly developed in the marginalized land which causes a low or even stagnant growth in the social and economic status in these areas. Air and water transport are limited to areas which have rails and large bodies of water available. The areas where these are in plenty is again in the cities and developed towns. Taking into consideration those schools need pupils who in turn need transportation to get to these institutions, it is easy to see where the governments focus should be. It does not even have to be these expensive forms like airbuses or titanic sized ships; they could center their attention on roads which are in plenty in these areas. Roads have easier access thus transport to schools should also be marginalized to better equalize the level of education to all young people and not just benefit those living in developed places. The Native American people and government need to work on their flaws. The Native Americans are a part of the United States should be permitted to use every source being presented before them.
