Since you’re very outgoing, asking questions like “how are you” but rhetorically, so you don’t waste any of their time. They do not expect you to hold a conversation. Thereby it can seem a little superficial, when a stranger says “hi” and “how are you” and goes by. Even though it might be superficial, it’s still in some way, a very nice gesture, unheard of in Denmark.
Another very cultural thing, which also exists in Denmark and Morocco (where my roots are still hanging) is how much you express your nationality, delightfully expressed by certain haptics and proxemics given to and by each individual. Connecting entire people together about one event, the love for your proud and tremendously powerful country. I definitely couldn’t take my eyes of it, when I watched the Super Bowl in a restaurant.
