In general, the colonist make up were well diverse with different nationalities as immigrants poured into the New World to establish a new way of life. Therefore, with all these different nationalities there were a lot of different cultures existed in the colonies. In short, the most influence culture difference was language barrier and for all of the new immigrants to become one productive society they had to agree to one language.
