Affordable health care is a huge problem facing the nation today. Health care should not be addressed as a privilege, but as a right. The United States Department of Health and Human Services has made it its mission to enhance and protect the health and well-being of all Americans. They provide effective health and human services while also making advancements in medicines, public health and social services. While these are great things for the organization to be doing, there should be some reform to the system of The U.S. Department of Health and Human services that ensures that all people, nationally, are provided with the affordable health care that they deserve. Perhaps if health care wasn 't so expensive to provide, the nation would be able to experience the benefits of a formal health care system. The main issue in providing health care is making it affordable. However, there is no simple solution or one correct answer to solving the national health care issue but I believe that taking an integrative approach to the situation would be most beneficial to the affordability of health care.
The holistic form of medicine focuses primarily on body, mind, spirit, and emotions. This medicine is noninvasive and generally avoids surgeries. Holistic medicine has deep roots that can be traced back to ancient Greece, China, and India. This method has been used since then, mostly, by poor countries that cannot afford modern medicines.
