Throughout the health care system, it has used the expansion of healthcare insurance for accessing several strategies that are used to promote how the services are delivered which is through models, strategies, and payment structure build on the improvement of health care quality. By using the Affordable Care Act (ACA), it has given the Americans a reason to improve on chosen approaches that would eventually overcome the populations based on the reduction of healthcare cost.
