Step 1 |
Governor must cut-in above 100psi. Release brakes, insure system is charged. Set RPM 800, build 120to145psi. shut off truck. |

Disconnect service and supply lines. Check slack adjuster and brake drums |

Step 3 |
Leak test. Start truck.set rpm 800. At 100psi push yellow & red button. Build max air, and shut off truck. Apply full brake pressure after initial air loss. Hold brake 1min, and no more than 4psi loss. |

Step 4 |
Key on, fan brakes to 60psi. Fan til trailer button pops, then parking button pops. Manually pull park brake. Remove block, and tug test. |

Step 5 |
Set rpm 800, build air 85to100psi less than 2min |

Step 6 |
Final 4. Test emergency brake, park brake, hand brake, foot brake |
