Parking brake applied transmission in neutral start engine build up air pressure using 1/3 throttle. Identify where needles cut out no more then 140 psi for a good test |

This test is to verify the air governor cuts in at a minimum of 85 psi with air governor at cut out apply the brake pedal one time. Wait for needle to start moving to the right wiat 5 seconds if they don't move apply brake again until they move to the right identify at what psi the needles cut in |

This test is to verify the air compressor can safely refill the air system Lower air pressure down to 85 psi by applying the service brake watch needles move to the right identify that the air pressure builds from 85 psi to 100 psi within 45 seconds |
