Describe the daily life of the Puritans according to the author in act 1.

They were unable to have fun such as reading,theater etc. They did not celebrate Christmas, and during all holidays they did celebrate they were expected to spend their time. The youth of Salem easily manipulated.

How was Salem tragedy “developed from a paradox?

The Puritans has every intention of keeping their community close and well-taken care of . They believed they were weeding out evil.The fact was that they were killing each other and causing more evil in their world.In trying to surprise the devil, they only created more evil and hatred.
