(cut funding to education;cuts EMA, forced academiaton,free schools,pupil premium) standerds have rised Academisation and Free schools are both ideological – no evidence they improve standards more than LEA schools free schoolds helped M/C Pupil premium (tho not deffanet) seems to give some improvment. |
