1. Large and flat: The leaves are tall and flat because it makes it easier to absorb sunlight, water and other forms of nutrients.


2. Petiol: Leaf is connected to the stem. The petiol turns the leaf to face the sunlight.


3. Veins: The veins are located on the back of the leaf and take the nutrients to other parts of the plant.
