Where are you in your career?
Generally, I like people who are happy in what they're doing. The best candidates are usually not looking to make a move.
Why would someone so happy want to make a change?
I want to become a CEO at some point in my career, so I think I should learn as much as possible in the process." Talent is not inclined to move sideways, and no one leaves a business school with the dream of rising only to general manager or even COO.
