Ankylosing spondylitis

Sero negative chronic inflammatory disorder primarily affecting spine and SI joint and secondarily hip knee shoulder etc

COPD

Is hardening and narrowing of arteries secondary to formation of plague on arterial walls


Plague causes narrowing of arterial walls and diminishes amount of blood supply in it.

Hypotension

Is the state when BP falls in the body below considerable normal limits.


Manifests when it gets 90/60 mm where as normally it is 120/80 mm

Embolism

Is a a wandering object which flows in the blood stream after dislodging from source/origin blocked blood vessel and obstruct blood vessel in a distant site to cause partial/complete blockage of arterial blood vessel.

Aneurysm

Dilatation of wall of artery forming a sac in communication with that vessel.


Abnormal blood filled bulge of a blood vessel specially an artery resulting from weakening of vessel wall.

Gangrene

Is a form of tissue death(necrosis) secondary to lack of oxygen rich blood in the tissues.


The tissues die due to lack of oxygen.
